Yoga 

*HOW IT WORKS AND SCHEDULING*

Class Schedule

Monday: 6-7pm

Tuesday: 5:45-6:45pm

Wednesday 7-8pm

Thursday: 6-7pm

Friday: 5:30-6:30

There will be a daily post on Facebook by the instructor teaching the class that day. The first eight people to reply to the post will have a guaranteed spot in the class. Walk-ins are always welcome, as long as there is room.

Climbfit 

CLIMBFIT WEDNESDAY 6PM

Come join the BEST workout of your week. Workout alongside supportive and encouraging people as we meet every Wednesday at 6pm sharp for ultimate cross-training. Every week is different as we mix in high intensity cardio, strength and power training, and core conditioning for 30-60 minutes. Enjoy snacks afterwards!

 

No cost for members, punch card holders must use a punch, included in day pass.
